How long does it take for my coffee to ship after ordering?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard ground, arriving in 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Foxtail Coffee Co ships within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to coffee lovers worldwide in the near future.
What is your return policy on roasted coffee?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Can I purchase a subscription for regular deliveries?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blend and select a delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) on the product page to save 15% on every order.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We prioritize Direct Trade relationships with farmers to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices across all our sourcing regions.
Do you provide grind options for different brewing methods?
We offer whole bean for maximum freshness, as well as specific grind settings for Drip, Espresso, and French Press to suit your preferred brewing style.
